FAQ's

Am I able to make payments or use an insurance voucher towards my enrollment fees?
No. Full payment is required at the time of enrollment, otherwise your spot(s) will not be secured. If you decide to wait to enroll/pay for both summer months then your spot(s) will not be secured. Insurance vouchers can only be used for membership fees.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes. If you are needing financial assistance, please enroll and complete the following steps. Please select "Post to household" at checkout for your membership/registration. You will need to go to the "Update Your Profile" section of the parent portal and select the "Financial Assistance Application" you must complete this application to apply. Please submit all documentation (2022 tax documents, pay stubs, etc.) in order to avoid any delays. Financial assistance applications will be processed after all documentation is received. You will pay after financial assistance is reviewed. All payments must be made in full by May 15 in order to secure your spot(s).
If my child is an outgoing 5th grader at school, then what group will they be with during summer at the Club? What about incoming kindergartners?
Your member will be classified as a 5th grader during our summer programs. Furthermore, we cannot serve Kindergartners unless they have attended Kindergaten during the school year.
What programs get run during the Summer?
We run a variety of different programs- some of which include Summer Brain Gain that focuses on STEM, reading, and other targeted activities, Triple Play, our healthy lifestyles program, and even programs like art and social rec.
Do you go on field trips?
Yes! Field trips will take place a minimum of one time per week. A detailed field trip schedule will be provided during Parent Orientation.
Will there be a summer parent orientation and what if I am able to unattend?
Yes there will be a required parent orientation for each Club location (this information will be sent to the email on file in MyClubHub). If you are unable to attend, a makeup session will have to be scheduled with the Unit Director for your site before your child(ren) is able to attend.
